If you are a current student with currently approved accommodations:
Renew accommodations
- Visit the Website: Go to
- Select Student: Click on the “Student” option.
- Select Accommodation: Choose the “Accommodation” option.
- Select Adjust/Add Accommodations: Click on the “Adjust/Add Accommodations” button.
- Select the Red ADD NEW Button: Click the red “ADD NEW” button to begin your request.
- Answer the Questions: Complete the questions that appear on the form.
- Submit: After answering the questions, click the “Submit” button to finalize your accommodation request
If you are a current student requesting new or additional accommodations:
Adjust/add accomodations
- Visit the Website: Go to
- Select Student: Click on the “Student” option.
- Select Accommodation: Choose the “Accommodation” option.
- Select Adjust/Add Accommodations: Click on the “Adjust/Add Accommodations” button.
- Select the Red ADD NEW Button: Click the red “ADD NEW” button to begin your request.
- Answer the Questions: Complete the questions that appear on the form. You will indicate NO as this is not to process a renewal.
- Submit: After answering the questions, click the “Submit” button to finalize your accommodation request.
- Meet with Accessibility Services: Once you submit your request you will receive an email notification to schedule a meeting with Accessibility Services. If you need to provide additional documentation, you will be notified prior to your meeting.
