What made you choose 91¿´Æ¬Íø?
I chose 91¿´Æ¬Íø due to the proximity to Chicago, the diversity of the school, the opportunity to play soccer, and the incredible science center and faculty.
What experiences outside of the classroom do you think helped prepare you for graduate studies in PA studies?
The internship opportunities helped shape my thinking for my future career, and being on a sports team taught me time management.
How did your time at Lake Forest help you prepare to apply to graduate school?
91¿´Æ¬Íø helped me shape where I wanted to go in the medical realm and gave me multiple mentors for my future.
What do you think of the new Health Professions Program between 91¿´Æ¬Íø and Rosalind Franklin University?
I'm extremely excited for the future of the HPP program; the opportunity for early admission at a graduate school is a fantastic opportunity!
What skills and experiences at Lake Forest do you believe will help you be successful?
The time management and interpersonal skills I developed through student athletics, studying abroad, and in classes will help me to become the best PA I can be.
What advice would you give a high school student looking to pursue pre-health and is considering 91¿´Æ¬Íø?
91¿´Æ¬Íø’s new HPP program is a great opportunity to work with Rosalind Franklin University as an undergraduate. This is not something lot of other schools can offer. The facilities and faculty are fantastic and the opportunities in Chicago are incredible.
